In her speech, Loreto G\u00f3mez highlighted precisely that this unity is a <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Karla;\">shows the reality of the collaboration and commitment that unites us all for the good of our community and in close coordination with the rest of the country<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Karla;\">. G\u00f3mez, addressing the board members, told them: <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Karla;\">I would like my colleagues who will soon take office to always remember that our commitment to this centennial institution goes beyond our members and their interests, which also<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Karla;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span style=\"font-family: Karla;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-111489 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.coflaspalmas.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-16-at-11.33.40-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"428\" height=\"285\" \/>Among those present were the Minister of Health of the Canary Islands Government, Esther Monz\u00f3n; the president of the General Council of Official Pharmaceutical Colleges (CGCOF), Jes\u00fas Aguilar; the rector of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC), Lluis Serra; the dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Fernando Pessoa University, Dionisio Lorenzo; the vice-dean of the Faculty of Health of the Atlantic Middle University, Aday Infante; as well as presidents of the professional colleges of Physicians, Psychologists, and Physiotherapists, representatives of the colleges of Veterinarians, Dentists, and Nursing, patient associations, pharmaceutical cooperatives, pharmaceutical professional associations, former presidents of the College, and other entities linked to the COFLP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span style=\"font-family: Karla;\">The counselor highlighted the <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Karla;\">collaboration and the willingness that the pharmaceutical professional colleges of the Canary Islands have always shown in improving healthcare services and pharmaceutical benefits: <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Karla;\">They were the first to meet with me when I took office as counselor.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Karla;\">, he said, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Karla;\">and they have always shown their willingness and interest in collaborating on all matters concerning public health<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Karla;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span style=\"font-family: Karla;\">For his part, the president of the CGCOF took the opportunity to highlight the importance of pharmacists in the healthcare system, recalling their presence in rural and remote areas away from centers with healthcare infrastructure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span style=\"font-family: Karla;\">Both Monz\u00f3n and Aguilar agreed in highlighting the collaborative role that COFLP has had with the institutions they represent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-111490 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.coflaspalmas.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-16-at-11.32.26-1-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"356\" height=\"237\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-111491 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.coflaspalmas.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-16-at-11.32.30-2-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"356\" height=\"237\" \/><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La nueva Junta de Gobierno del Colegio Oficial de Farmac\u00e9uticos de Las Palmas, que preside Loreto G\u00f3mez Guedes, tom\u00f3 posesi\u00f3n de su cargo acompa\u00f1ada de algunos de los principales representantes de las instituciones y entidades sanitarias.
