The Official College of Pharmacists of Las Palmas is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of the public sector, published in the Official State Gazette on September 19, 2018. Application Procedure
If an accessibility information request or complaint has been dismissed, you disagree with the decision, or the response does not meet the requirements of Article 12.5 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, the interested party may file a claim to understand and contest the reasons for dismissal, request the adoption of appropriate measures if they disagree with the decision, or state the reasons why they believe the response does not meet the required standards.
A claim can also be filed if no response is received within twenty business days.
Such claim must be submitted and registered in accordance with the requirements established in Law 39/2015, of October 1.
The claim shall be addressed to the Governing Board of the Official College of Pharmacists, or if the response was made by said Board, it shall be addressed to the Canary Council of Official Colleges of Pharmacists.

Upon receipt of the claim, the unit responsible for handling it must respond to the interested party within a maximum of two months.
The duration of said period may be suspended if the interested party is required, within ten business days, to provide the necessary clarifications for the proper processing of the claim. Once said period has elapsed without the interested party having made the appropriate clarifications, the processing of the claim will continue.
If the maximum period for resolving the claim has passed without notification of its resolution, the claim will be deemed to have been denied.
