The statutes
The current statutes governing the Official College of Pharmacists of Las Palmas were approved at the extraordinary general assembly held on February 4, 2025. They were adapted not only to current regulations but also to present and future social realities, incorporating internal regulations to facilitate specific modifications that adapt to a changing world without requiring substantial changes to the statutes themselves. The document came into effect after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands (BOC) on Thursday, April 10, 2025.
Compliance
As a guarantee of free access to information, transparency, and in compliance with Law 2/1974 on Professional Associations, we wish and must facilitate access to the Statutes of the COFLP as a set of rules and regulations with the force of law that govern the institution's operation, and to which we are bound as a Public Law Corporation. The current document was registered in the Register of Professional Associations of the Canary Islands on February 16, 2025.
