The next day October 21, of 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM (Canary Islands time), the General Council of Pharmacists, at the initiative of the National Professional Representatives for Clinical Analysts and Food Pharmacists, will hold the training session called “Celiac Disease for Pharmacists: From Laboratory Diagnosis to Nutritional Support”.
OBJECTIVES
Present the clinical criteria and laboratory tests for the diagnosis of celiac disease in order to help the pharmacist detect signs of suspicion and properly refer patients. It will also delve into how to provide nutritional support for celiac patients and, finally, highlight the collaboration between pharmaceutical professionals from different fields to offer comprehensive and personalized care to patients with celiac disease.
