XI Canary Islands Conference on Vaccine Update

These Conferences are intended for healthcare professionals interested in the world of vaccinology: pediatricians, family doctors, nurses, pharmacists, health technicians, and other healthcare professionals concerned with maintaining high vaccination coverage across all ages. After two years of pandemic, with a profound health, social, and economic crisis, it is time to take stock of the situation the pandemic has left us in, and to gauge the current state of vaccination in our country, not only vaccination against COVID-19, but also how vaccination coverage for other diseases is progressing, and how vaccination against vaccine-preventable diseases continues.

 

OBJECTIVES
The objectives of these Conferences are to offer answers, based on scientific evidence, to the questions and doubts that families and healthcare professionals have about vaccinations, in a globalized world full of myths and fake news about vaccines, which have become more apparent during the years of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.
