From the Official Colleges of Pharmacists of the Canary Islands, we want to promote the active collaboration of community pharmacists in identifying and collecting data that help understand the impact and biological mechanisms influencing symptom persistence, thereby collaborating with health authorities for their use in future studies to clarify a specific therapeutic approach for these patients.
The involvement of pharmaceutical professionals requires specific training with renowned speakers, which, upon completion, should ensure the correct care, identification, and reporting of suspected cases, as well as their shared assistance with other areas and care levels.
A free training course for which accreditation has been requested from the Canary Islands Commission for Continuing Education of Health Professions.
