1st Conference on Rare Diseases in the Canary Islands: A Meeting Place to Advance the Implementation of the Canary Strategy
The Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER) organize the First Canary Islands Rare Diseases Conference, that will be held next October 30 in the Auditorium of the Insular University Hospital Complex Mother-Child (CHUIMI), in Gran Canaria.
This journey aims to drive the effective implementation of Canarian Strategy for Rare Diseases 2022-2026, creating a space for dialogue and collaboration between patients, professionals, and healthcare administration.
In the Canary Islands, more than 150,000 people They live with a rare disease. This event seeks to transform the strategy into concrete measures that generate a real impact on families' lives.
They will include the participation of healthcare professionals, patient associations, and institutional leaders, with the aim of building shared and sustainable solutions.
