The next day May 20, of 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM (Canary time), the General Council of Pharmaceutical Colleges, an initiative of the National Department of Ophthalmic Optics and Audiometric Acoustics, will hold a training session titled “Ear Health in Adults and Older Adults”, aimed at interested pharmaceutical professionals. This webinar is part of the campaign “Ear Health Across Life Stages: Adults and Seniors” and is made possible with the collaboration of Reig Jofre Laboratories.
OBJECTIVES
During this training session, pharmacists' knowledge of hearing health in adults and seniors will be updated, addressing issues such as presbycusis and its prevention, or common problems in this stage of life such as tinnitus, vertigo, and earwax plugs. Information will also be provided so that pharmacists can detect warning signs, offer preventive advice, and adequately guide patients from the community pharmacy.
