The goal of these workshops is to update your knowledge and provide you with tools to resolve situations that arise at the counter day-to-day.

We will address prescription dispensing by different agencies, possible substitutions, main reasons for return, interoperability, we will review the most useful consultation tools, and answer frequently asked questions.
