VI Canary Islands Veterinary Food Safety Congress

The Official College of Veterinarians of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria informs us of the celebration of the 6th Canary Islands Veterinary Food Safety Conference, which will take place on the November 8 and 9, 2024  in the Canary Islands Congress Palace – Alfredo Kraus Auditorium.

Inside the keys that define this Congress we can highlight:

• In-person only: The emphasis has been placed on in-person attendance to highlight the importance of the Congress as a space for meeting and connecting with other attendees and to foster networking.
• High-level speakers: 9 speakers combining experience from the public and private sectors, including academia (AESAN, Basque Culinary Center, Complutense University of Madrid, etc.).
• Topics of interest: Food alerts, legislative news, food safety challenges, new technologies, and innovation in food safety.
