AESAN Conference «Objective: Listeria Under Control»

 

The Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (AESAN) Organize the day Objective: Listeria under control, that will be held next December 17 in the Ernest Lluc Hall of the Ministry of Health.

 

Throughout this journey, various aspects of control will be addressed Listeria monocytogenes in food and the challenges it poses to food safety. Furthermore, it will delve into the official control of listeria, experiences will be shared, and the importance of food safety culture will be highlighted.

 

The event will feature speakers from AESAN, regional administrations, researchers, and food business operators.
